This course will provide you with an introduction to leadership concepts and best practices, characteristics of leaders, the different leadership styles, and the difference between a leader and a manager. It will also focus on ways to empower and motivate employees by examining what motivates people, how to build trust, the benefits of coaching and mentoring, and the importance of rewards and recognition.
