Yunjung is current a PhD candidate in University of Alberta, Alberta School of Business. His research interests cover: strategic management, entrepreneurship, and Management. His research examines the dynamic intersection of organizational theory and cultural entrepreneurship within technology-driven fields such as blockchain. His research primarily investigates the evolving relationships among institutions, organizations, and technologies, particularly focusing on governance mechanisms and the role of culture in reshaping socio-technical systems during periods of significant institutional change. During his visit, he will work closely with Professor Kevin Lee. [May - August 2025]

Dev is current a Professor of Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources in Singapore Management University, LeeKongChian School of Business. His research interests cover: Psychology of Workplace Technology, Work Design, Emotions and Well Being. His research is published in the Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. During his visit, he will meet with various faculty from UBC Sauder School of Business and SFU. [July 15-18, 2025]
