Visitors

The OBHR Division welcomes scholars from around the world for brief visits to exchange ideas and collaborate on new or existing projects. In addition to faculty, the Division has also hosted visits by advanced Ph.D. students from other universities who would like the opportunity to work with members of our group.

Xingze Jia
Doctoral Student | Xi'an Jiaotong University


Xingze is currently a 3rd year PhD student in Xi'an Jiaotong University, Department of Organization and Management. His research interests cover: subjective time in organizations; leadership and ethics;  newcomers' socialization; attention. During his visit, he will work closely with Professor Lingtao Yu. [March 2025 - February 2026]

Yunjung Park
PhD Candidate | University of Alberta

Yunjung is current a PhD candidate in University of Alberta, Alberta School of Business. His research interests cover: strategic management, entrepreneurship, and Management. His research examines the dynamic intersection of organizational theory and cultural entrepreneurship within technology-driven fields such as blockchain. His research primarily investigates the evolving relationships among institutions, organizations, and technologies, particularly focusing on governance mechanisms and the role of culture in reshaping socio-technical systems during periods of significant institutional change. During his visit, he will work closely with Professor Kevin Lee. [May - August 2025]
