Process Fundamentals

This course will help you understand how work flows (and should flow) through an organization, and how resources should be organized and allocated to achieve desired outcomes. Topics covered include process analysis, capacity analysis, process design, theory of constraints, lean operations, the impact of digitization on business processes, and the challenges that arise in process and operations management.

Market Research

Learn about the nature and scope of market research and to provide practice in conducting and evaluating it. You will develop a general understanding of research issues, learn to appreciate the complexity of research design, gain practice using a variety of research methods, and develop your skills at analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data.

Supply Chain Management

This course covers a broad view of a "supply chain." A firm’s supply chain consists of all operational processes that create value for the firm. Supply chain management therefore involves the coordination of multiple processes. In addition, these value-creating processes are typically fragmented and dispersed across organizational and national boundaries.
