Reciprocity is the recognition and acceptance of licensing or registration status from outside of the province. The Real Estate Reciprocity Information Materials package is designed to facilitate registration under The Real Estate Act in Saskatchewan through the reciprocity process, and is specifically for individuals who are presently, or have been previously licensed/registered outside of Saskatchewan within the past 2 years. Before you register for access to these materials, you should have received correspondence from the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission confirming your eligibility and allowable timeframe to complete the reciprocity process. For more information, review the Commission License/Registration Reciprocity Guidelines.
These materials have been compiled on behalf of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and contain content from the current Saskatchewan Registration Courses that has been identified as being particularly specific to the province. The materials have been grouped into topics appropriate for those who wish to become a licensed registrant as a salesperson, property manager or as a Broker, Associate Broker or Branch Manager in Saskatchewan. Once you have read and understood the contents of The Real Estate Reciprocity Information Materials; for the class of registration for which you are applying in Saskatchewan, you may sign and date the Declaration Statement and forward it to the Commission office.
