Magee Walker
Magee Walker is the Associate Director, Program Development with the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. Magee oversees the development of new courses and manages existing course updates, while also managing academic considerations for a number degree credit courses. Her professional background is in commercial and residential sales, leasing, and financial analysis.
Thomas Davidoff
Thomas Davidoff is an Associate Professor in the Strategy and Business Economics Division of the Sauder School of Business and the Director of the UBC Centre for Urban Economics and Real Estate. Previously he was an Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley. Thomas is a highly regarded speaker and author on real estate matters, with an extensive list of academic publications. His teaching interests focus on housing and real estate economics.
Devin Kanhai
Devin Kanhai is the Executive Director of Licensing Education at the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. Devin works on the legal course content and other legal matters for a variety of the Real Estate Division’s real estate licensing, diploma and professional development courses. In addition to his duties at the Real Estate Division, Devin is a regular contributing author for the Real Estate Council of British Columbia’s annual Legal Update courses. Furthermore, Devin teaches a commercial law course for the Sauder School of Business Diploma in Accounting Program.
Craig Hennigar
Craig Hennigar is a commercial appraiser. Craig has real estate experience in appraisal, consulting and brokerage capacities, having worked at Colliers International in Toronto and Vancouver, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Altus Group in Vancouver, and Appraisals (Fundy) Limited in New Brunswick. His appraisal experience includes providing reserve fund studies, income property valuation, land valuation, development valuation, and expropriation services. Craig has served as president of the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers and is a contributing author and tutor in several UBC courses, including the Reserve Fund Planning Program.
Graham McIntosh
As the former Executive Director of the UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies and the Diploma in Accounting Program, Graham is an educational entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience building and leading cross functional teams in the research, design, development, and delivery of high quality, innovative and financially successful business education programs to individuals and organizations. He has taught a variety of on-line and in-classroom business courses in the areas of accounting, finance, business strategy, real estate, project management, leadership and organizational change and development.
John Bridal
John Bridal is an Director of Credit Programs at the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. John is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of the Division’s distance education degree credit real estate courses. John is also a part-time member of BC’s Property Assessment Appeal Board.
Tsur Somerville
Tsur Somerville is an Associate Professor in the Strategy and Business Economics Division of the Sauder School of Business and the Real Estate Foundation of BC Professor in Real Estate Finance. Tsur is a leader in the North American real estate community, with a long list of distinguished achievements in both academia and industry. His teaching interests in real estate focus on development, housing markets, sustainability, investment, and debt securitisation.
