Carman is the founder of Overholt Law LLP. He has appeared frequently before the BC Supreme Court, BC Court of Appeal, BC Human Rights Tribunal, BC Employment Standards Tribunal, BC Labour Relations Board and the Canadian Industrial Relations Board.
