How to Apply

The Application Process

The UBC DAP Admissions Committee evaluates each applicant's profile as presented through academic records and English language proficiency standards. Applications are assessed on a rolling admission basis upon receipt of all documentation. For this reason, applicants are encouraged to ensure that all documentation is forwarded to the program office in a timely manner. Applications received after posted deadline will be reviewed however course registration is available on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Post-Graduation Work Permit Announcement

Please be aware that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced important changes to the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) eligibility criteria, which took effect on November 1, 2024. We encourage you to stay informed by regularly checking the eligibility criteria on Work in Canada after you graduate: Who can apply - Canada.ca . At the current time, the Diploma in Accounting Program (DAP) is not considered an eligible field of study for the PGWP.
