High-achieving and diverse entry-level talent with in-depth business expertise, UBC Master of Management (MM) candidates bring a multidisciplinary perspective to business that blends their non-business undergraduate degrees with Master's-level business training.
Our MM candidates are excellent communicators with experience in research, writing, and critical thinking. They are also adaptable and highly motivated problem solvers who are ready to tackle your next business challenge.
Two cohorts are available for full-time hire in January and June.
Candidates with hands-on experience
To gain real-world business experience, each MM cohort participates in the Community Business Project, which gives not-for-profit organizations, social enterprises, and corporations with CSR initiatives access to free consulting work.
