UBC International MBA Early Entrance & Merit Scholarships
Applicants who display an outstanding combination of talent, drive, and academic achievement may be considered for UBC International MBA Early Entrance or Merit Scholarships.
We award scholarships by taking a holistic view of the value that each talented applicant brings into the program. We assess merit around a comprehensive review of factors, including but not limited to: work experience, application essays, interview performance, and academic credentials. Scholarships will be awarded in the range of $2,500 USD to $10,000 USD.
All applicants are automatically considered for the following scholarships upon application submission, so we encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.
Early Entrance Scholarships

Dean's Entrance Scholarship
This prestigious, merit-based award is awarded to applicants for a strong alignment with UBC Sauder values of rigour, respect and responsibility. Applicants must have an exceptional track record of academic excellence, community involvement, and business leadership skills.

GMAT (GRE/GRK) Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to candidates with a GMATTM score of 680 and above or GMATTM Focus Edition of 615 and above (or an equivalent score of GRE or GRK) as well as excelling in admission interview.

Responsible Business & Community Spirit Scholarship

International Talent Scholarships
For high-calibre MBA students with a proven track record of international work assignments and or experience and demonstrated career progression working with multi-cultural teams. It is highly expected that applicants for this scholarship also exceed all admissions requirements.

Women in Business Leadership Scholarships
For high calibre students with proven team leadership and ambassadorship for Women in Business causes. It is highly expected that applicants for this scholarship also exceed all admissions requirements, in addition to their leadership and passion for supporting Women in Business initiatives.
