Your health and safety come first

Your health and safety are our top priority. We follow the guidelines as per British Columbia’s Provincial Health Order, including implementing preventive measures and hygiene processes to ensure all participants are safe and supported during their time in the classroom and common areas. We offer worry-free registration. To modify or cancel your program, please get in touch with us 48 hours in advance of the program start date.

Vaccine card

Only individuals with a valid BC Vaccine Card can enter the facilities. This means participants are not exposed to unvaccinated individuals.

Physical distancing in facilities

Our classrooms and common areas have sufficient space for participants to physically distance.

Sanitizing

Frequent and intensive cleaning procedures

We have strengthened our cleaning procedures in our facilities and have also increased the frequency to ensure spaces are sanitized and clean.

All participants will receive a welcome kit, which includes face masks, hand sanitizer, hand wipes, and gloves to help make your experience more comfortable.

For catering and provided lunches, we are reinforcing food safety protocols.

All UBC Sauder faculty and staff follow health and safety protocols including vaccination declaration, proper mask use, and hygiene.

FAQs

  • Yes. All participants, faculty and staff are required to properly wear a mask inside the learning facilities and all common areas.

  • Yes, a la carte and individualized plating will be provided for participants.

  • We ask all participants, faculty and staff who are feeling unwell to stay home. We now offer worry-free registration so participants can cancel and re-book a program with 48 hours notice.

  • Unfortunately, we are only allowing participants with a valid vaccine card to enter facilities. Those who do not have a valid vaccine card are welcome to register for an online program as all our programs will be offered in-person and online throughout 2022.
