StrongerBC Future Skills Grant

What is the StrongerBC future skills grant program?

As part of the StrongerBC Future Ready Action Plan, government introduced the future skills grant program to support British Columbians, aged 19 or older, in accessing up to $3,500 in short-term skills training, aligned with skills and labour market demands as identified in B.C.’s Labour Market Outlook. 

How it works

Step 1: Go through the checklist to determine learner eligibility criteria

  • The StrongerBC future skills grant is available to most British Columbians and covers up to $3,500 in eligible short-term skills training at public post-secondary institutions.

Step 2: Apply for the StrongerBC future skills grant

  • ​​​​Apply for the grant online with your BC Services Card Account.

Step 3: Complete the webform sent by UBC Sauder Executive Education

  • Once you complete the webform, you will receive confirmation of your registration from UBC Sauder Executive Education.
