What is the StrongerBC future skills grant program?
As part of the StrongerBC Future Ready Action Plan, government introduced the future skills grant program to support British Columbians, aged 19 or older, in accessing up to $3,500 in short-term skills training, aligned with skills and labour market demands as identified in B.C.’s Labour Market Outlook.
UBC Sauder received funding for this project through the future skills grant program. This funding was provided by the Province of British Columbia.
How it works
Step 1: Go through the checklist to determine learner eligibility criteria
- The StrongerBC future skills grant is available to most British Columbians and covers up to $3,500 in eligible short-term skills training at public post-secondary institutions.
Step 2: Apply for the StrongerBC future skills grant
- Apply for the grant online with your BC Services Card Account.
Step 3: Complete the webform sent by UBC Sauder Executive Education

Once you complete the webform, you will receive confirmation of your registration from UBC Sauder Executive Education.

Check your email inbox for UBC Sauder Executive Education email. Once you have applied and received approval for funding, we will email you with instructions to confirm your registration.
NOTE! Our seats are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Your place is only guaranteed once you receive confirmation from of registration from UBC Sauder School of Business.

Receive your program access email and start your program. You will receive a confirmation of your registration in the program with FSG grant funding.
