UBC Master of Management graduates are ready to join your team!
UBC Master of Management (MM) candidates are high-achieving and diverse entry-level talent poised to drive innovation and growth. They are strategic problem-solvers who apply analytical and critical thinking skills to complex business challenges.
Along with being adaptable collaborators, they bring fresh perspectives from various fields and multidisciplinary approaches. They are also effective communicators skilled at data-driven decision-making, market analysis, and strategic planning.
Two cohorts are available for full-time hire in January and June.
Candidates with hands-on experience
To gain real-world business experience, each MM cohort participates in the Community Business Project, which gives not-for-profit organizations, social enterprises, and corporations with CSR initiatives access to free consulting work.
