UBC Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management

Our faculty

The UBC Sauder School fo Business is recognized as one of Canada’s leading business schools and has offered various marketing and sales management diplomas since the early 1950’s. The current iteration of the program was reimagined in 2024 to meet the evolving needs of our students. In addition to diploma studies, UBC Sauder also offers Baccalaureate, Masters and Doctoral degrees in business as well as executive programs and workshops in all aspects of business.

The Diploma Program is designed and taught by UBC Sauder’s marketing faculty. The instructors are leading educators in marketing and sales management. These are the same instructors that teach in UBC Sauder’s MBA and executive programs, having won numerous awards for their teaching and research. They are chosen for their ability to interpret and convey the application of the latest management concepts to practicing managers. Each instructor has extensive industry experience and is passionate about teaching. Courses are taught using the case-method approach in which students are exposed to real-world case studies and best practices. The learning is hands-on, applied, and industry-relevant.

In addition to the principal instructors listed below (in alphabetical order), various guest speakers may be called upon to enhance the subject matter in the course.
