The courses address all of the learning outcomes identified by RECA for inclusion in the Condominium Management licensing courses, which cover topics such as contract law, real property law, governance, condominium management services, building operations, and reserve funds.
RECA Licensing Eligibility
All learners who intend to get licensed in Alberta must visit the Real Estate Council of Alberta's Getting Licensed information and Pre-Licensing Education webpages. Importantly, if you intend to get licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta, you must create a myRECA account prior to course registration and meet RECA's eligibility requirements.
