UBC JD/MBA Program Costs
To apply to the UBC JD/MBA program, all applicants (Canadian and International) pay the non-refundable $160.25 CAD fee prior to the application being processed. Please note that the electronic application requires payment of an application fee using MasterCard or Visa only. Application fees cannot be deferred and are only valid for the academic year in which you apply.
Tuition fees are payable in four equal installments in the first week of September, January, May and the last September of the program. Upon receipt of an offer of admission, you will be required to submit a non-refundable and non-transferable $5,000 deposit in Canadian currency.
If a student applies to the UBC JD/MBA directly from their undergraduate program, they are required to pay UBC MBA tuition fees that are current for the year they begin the UBC MBA portion of the program. If a student applies to the UBC JD/MBA during their UBC JD (i.e. right before they start the UBC MBA component of the program), the current UBC MBA tuition fees will apply.
The cost of living can vary greatly depending on your lifestyle, budget and spending habits, but these estimated costs of living in Vancouver while in the UBC JD/MBA program should give you a general idea.
