Over three days and two nights in the stunning natural landscape of Squamish, BC, you’ll engage in high-impact activities that push your physical, emotional, and intellectual boundaries—while building lifelong connections with peers.

The Outdoor Leadership Lab is grounded in the principles of responsible leadership. Through immersive outdoor experiences, students develop the mindset and skillset to lead responsibly by considering the impact of their decisions on people, systems, and the planet.
