Are you an accomplished and involved student leader who wants to get ahead with your leadership and professional development goals? The UBC Sauder Montalbano Mentorship Program is a one-to-one mentorship program facilitated through the Montalbano Centre for Responsible Leadership Development (MCRL). Through this program, a select group of UBC Sauder Undergraduate students will design professional development goals and receive guidance from a highly accomplished alumni mentor. This is a unique and exceptional opportunity for a very small group of UBC Sauder Undergraduate students.

Who can apply?*
To be eligible for this program you must:
- Be in year 3 or higher of your undergraduate studies at UBC Sauder OR a new graduate within one year of graduation
- Have a B+ (76%) average or higher
- Be able to demonstrate leadership experience
- Be able to demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities
Time commitment:
The program will run for eight months from January to the end of August. Participants are asked to meet 8 times during the 8-month cycle, with each meeting being at least 1 hour long. Mentees are also expected to attend a training session in January, as well as the launch event.
