Work-life balance and employee wellbeing are priorities at UBC and UBC Sauder. In addition to UBC’s Extended Mental Health benefits (Up to a maximum of $3,000 for each person per benefit year and includes counselling services and psychological testing), each year, we host a variety of programs related to our overall wellness.
