Marie-Hélène is an award-winning workplace mental health expert and psychologist. She also held an executive role at Sun Life Financial, where she spearheaded strategies for physical, mental and financial health to enhance client support and organizational wellbeing. 

Bringing more than 20 years of business and clinical expertise to her work, she empowers both emerging and seasoned leaders to build resilience as the best defence against burnout. Over the course of her career she has helped thousands of CEOs, industry leaders and high-level professionals learn how to better navigate challenges, achieve optimal health and performance, and foster environments conducive to productivity, creativity and empathy. 

Renowned as a high-energy speaker with a clear mastery of her subject and a passion for exploring the intersection of business and psychology, Marie-Hélène delivers over 50 keynote speeches annually to companies including Caterpillar, Pratt & Whitney, PwC, Deloitte, Fidelity and Siemens. 

She is the author of The Resilience Plan: A Strategic Approach to Optimizing Your Work Performance and Mental Health (2024), named by Forbes and Inc. Magazine as a top 5 book for leaders and their teams. Her contributions to the field have earned her numerous industry awards and fellowships, including the Industry Leadership Award from Benefits Canada. 

Actively engaged in global health initiatives, Marie-Hélène is a member of the Global Clinical Practice Network of the World Health Organization (WHO). She has served on the boards of the Canadian Psychological Association and the International Association of Applied Psychology, and has been a member of the American and the Canadian Psychological Associations (APA, CPA) for over 15 years. Her philanthropic efforts also include supporting initiatives like Dress for Success. 

Marie- Hélène is one of a handful of work psychologists holding both a PHD and MBA, both from the University of British Columbia. She also holds a BA and MA from Université Laval. Her unique combination of academic credentials, clinical experience and business expertise makes her exceptionally qualified to translate complex psychological findings into actionable strategies that professionals, leaders and their teams need to thrive.
