HR Connect: Bridging Research and Practice

This industry roundtable and knowledge exchange will focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), addressing the critical question: Given recent social changes, what can organizations do to promote employee belonging? Our intention is to explore DEI in today’s evolving landscape, while acknowledging the essential need for employees to feel a sense of belonging at work. How can organizations effectively achieve this? 

This event is designed to foster collaboration between industry leaders and UBC Sauder Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources faculty, as well as develop research partnerships.
