Commerce Last Lecture

With nearly 20 years of experience in business strategy, enterprise sales, innovation, and management consulting, Howe is passionate about helping enterprises and start-ups achieve their digital transformation and growth goals. As the EMEA Regional Managing Director for Industry and Partner Sales at Microsoft, he leads a team of industry advisors who work with their top customers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East to deliver impactful and innovative AI solutions.

Before joining Microsoft, Howe held senior leadership roles at PwC and Deloitte, where he advised clients from various sectors on digital strategy, operations, and enablement. He also led the national practices for Microsoft Canada Digital Advisory Services, PwC Canada's Digital Enablement, and PwC Canada's Google Alliance. He has extensive global experience serving customers in the UK, Western Europe, Nordics, Africa, Canada, the U.S., Latin America, Middle East, and Greater China. Additionally, Howe serves as an advisor for Microsoft for Start-ups, a board member of UBC Sauder School of Business, and a mentor and guest lecturer for several academic programs. He recently was honored with the University of Toronto Arbor Award and the UBC Alumni Builders Award for his volunteer contributions.
