Kai is an accomplished leader, trainer, and coach specializing in process improvement, program management, and capital governance. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading business transformation programs in industries including manufacturing and supply chain for Honeywell, financial services for TD Bank, and telecommunications at TELUS.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Kai has coached hundreds of working professionals in process improvement techniques and helped realize million-dollar financial benefits through operational excellence. Equally passionate about teaching project management, he is known for systemizing and solving business problems and achieving closer alignment between workflow, people and systems.

Dedicated to providing tangible value to his program participants, Kai goes beyond theory, offering practical applications and support in tackling real workplace challenges. His teaching philosophy revolves around encouraging strategic and informed decision-making via a data-driven approach, empowering professionals to deliver KPI improvements with confidence.

Kai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from UBC and a Master of Business Administration from UBC Sauder.
