Throughout your time at UBC Sauder, you’ll work with a dedicated career coach who will provide one-on-one support and guidance for your professional growth. Through coaching conversations, you can dive into any career-related topic you want, such as developing your professional brand, expanding your network, and navigating your next career steps.
Career & leadership assessments
You’ll gain access to self-assessment tools to help you better understand and utilize your strengths and interpret your leadership potential based on your emotional intelligence (EQ). Working with your career coach, you will create a personalized development plan to support you in making strategic career decisions.
Experiential learning opportunities
Enhance your leadership and global business acumen through optional real-world experiences, including:
- Global Network Week: Apply to travel to a partner school around the world to attend an intensive week-long course with MBAs from other network universities. Attend classes, tour local businesses, and meet with experts focused on current business problems.
