What the research actually says and what it means for your leadership practice
The Montalbano Centre for Responsible Leadership Development, in partnership with BCODN, invites you to a focused and practical virtual session that cuts through the noise around change, adaptability, and team performance.
This 90-minute session draws on current, rigorous research to explore how teams actually detect change, make sense of new conditions, and adapt in meaningful ways. Rather than relying on popular frameworks or trend driven language, this session grounds your practice in what the evidence truly shows.
What you will gain
Participants will leave with:
- A research-grounded model for diagnosing where team adaptation breaks down
- The ability to translate leadership buzzwords into specific, observable behaviors — and the interventions that actually work
- Concrete moves coaches and developers can make before, during, and after disruption to accelerate team learning
Who should attend
This session is ideal for:
- Organizational development professionals
- People and culture leaders
- Team leaders and senior managers
- Anyone responsible for enabling teams to perform in complex conditions
This session is brought you through collaboration with the BC Organizational Development Network (BCODN). Non-members will be charged a $20 fee to attend.
